Stainless steel cooker skid, approximately 100 gallon total capacity. Skid consists of two (2) tanks measuring 22" diameter X 40" straight side with slight dome bottoms leading to 1" center-bottom outlets. Tanks include perforated pan welded to interior. Complete with 3/4 HP, 220/440V pumps. Previously used in food operation.
